As a Wellness Assistant, you'll coordinate services, educate new patrons on facility use, and enforce guidelines to ensure safety and enjoyment within the campus. Your organizational skills will be critical in maintaining cleanliness and supporting event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate patrons on services and facility layout • Ensure compliance with facility rules and guide patrons • Assist with events enhancing campus wellness initiatives • Manage Fusion software for access control • Perform cleaning and organization of equipment
Requirements: • Minimum six months of customer service experience • Basic computer skills for Fusion software management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in teams • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
