Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a et aide cuisinier. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a agile kitchen environment, supporting food preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and working in a fast-paced setting.

Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food handling environments is preferred but not mandatory. This position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills in culinary arts and hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Help with food handling and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner




- Assist with setting up dining areas and ensuring proper presentation of dishes
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment

Experience

- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures within a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
- Experience with serving guests and providing excellent customer service is a plus
- Hospitality background including hotel experience or similar roles will be considered beneficial
