Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber and Gasfitter to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas systems across a variety of commercial and industrial settings. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
- Perform gasfitting tasks such as connecting gas lines, testing for leaks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to execute precise installations
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, welding equipment (MIG, TIG), and rigging techniques to complete complex tasks efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing and gas systems to prevent failures and extend equipment lifespan
- Collaborate with team members on manufacturing or construction sites to ensure project timelines are met
- Follow all safety protocols related to plumbing, gasfitting, welding, HVAC systems,



and general construction practices

Requirements

- Valid certification as a Plumber and Gasfitter with relevant licensing in your jurisdiction
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within construction or manufacturing environments
- Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, and general welding techniques for pipe fabrication
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for versatile system troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, rigging equipment, and basic math skills for precise measurements
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing components, gas systems, and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
