Zen Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for a Plumber Helper to join our team.
This isn't just a job for someone to carry tools and clean up. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the plumbing trade, develop their skills, and build a career.
You don't need years of experience. What matters most to us is your attitude, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Assist plumbers with residential plumbing installations
- Help with rough-ins, water lines, drainage and fixtures
- Load, unload and organize materials and tools
- Keep jobsites clean, organized and safe
- Learn plumbing installation techniques from experienced tradespeople
- Develop your skills and take on more responsibility as you progress
What we're looking for

- Previous construction or plumbing experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
