We are seeking an energetic and motivated Plumbing Sales Person to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in the plumbing and renovation industry. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales, combined with your technical expertise and communication skills, will help customers find the perfect solutions for their home or place of business.

Responsibilities

- Take phone calls from customers who are asking technical plumbing questions
- Communicate with customers, office staff and in filed technicians
- Follow up on unsold estimates with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and project timelines with clients to secure successful sales outcomes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Support inside sales efforts by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email,



providing detailed product information in English or multilingual communications as needed.
- Assist with merchandising and organizing inventory to ensure an appealing presentation of plumbing products that encourages sales.
- Collaborate with property mangers and commercial clients

Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in the filed of plumbing is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English. Use of software and technology for communication
- Inside sales and sales experience is required.
- Ability to visit customers on site may be required in the future.

Pay: $35,200.00-$125,058.38 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in East York, ON M4G 1L3
