Qualifications:

- Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation
- Intermediate/Senior qualifications
Specialist qualifications in at least one of the areas of the organizational unit or shall obtain such qualification within one school year

- Department Head Allowance per OSSTF Permanent Collective Agreement:

Major - $4,520.00 per academic year Minor - $2,260.00 per academic year
