Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Unregulated Care Provider dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life. As a critical member of an inter-professional team, you will address residents' needs by delivering personal care and documenting care in accordance with standards. Maintaining a safe setting and supporting meaningful interactions with residents and families are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care aligned with the care plan
• Assist with medication administration as needed




• Document care accurately per policies
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents
Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Position Screening
