Your expertise will play an important role in keeping our production lines running efficiently, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace.This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with rotating shifts and additional flexibility required during our busy fall harvest season.What this teammate will be responsible forOperate, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot facility and production equipment, including pumps, conveyors, presses, and packaging linesMaintain and troubleshoot packaging lines to support production efficiency and minimize downtimeSupport the Packaging and Maintenance teams in resolving time-sensitive equipment and line issuesPerform quality checks and accurately record daily production and maintenance informationMaintain plant utility equipment, including air compressors, hot and cold water systems, and glycol systemsUse continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen,



and Root Cause Analysis to support proactive maintenance and operational improvementsParticipate in the planning and execution of plant projects and preventative maintenance initiativesComplete daily production paperwork, shift logs, work orders, and equipment tracking documentationParticipate in equipment tracking and work order systemsSupport the company’s Health & Safety Program and comply with EH&S; regulations and requirementsFollow HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Work collaboratively with the broader Packaging and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets and maintain a protected, efficient operationWhat this teammate will bringInterprovincial Red Seal Millwright CertificationPrevious experience in a beverage packaging or GMP manufacturing environment is preferredExperience with pumps, process control equipment, PLCs, and manufacturing plant maintenance is an assetDual ticket qualifications are an assetValid scissor lift/boom lift and forklift certifications are assetsHRAI environmental awareness related to CFC/HCFC/HFC control is an assetStrong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsA self-motivated and organized approach, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiencyAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervisionCommitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow HACCP, GMP, EH&S;, and other required proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periodsLegally entitled to work in CanadaScheduleThis position works a rotating Monday–Friday schedule,
