Become an AI Solutions Engineer at Xero, leading innovations in agentic AI within the Internal AI Accelerator Squad. This hybrid position promotes flexibility while driving impactful projects.
In this role, you'll embed yourself within business teams to co-create automated workflows that significantly reduce manual efforts. Your leadership will guide the delivery of AI-driven solutions from initial discovery through to production. You will be responsible for developing tools and processes that enable Xero to deploy AI safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-design AI agents and workflow orchestrations
• Integrate AI with key enterprise systems
• Develop common automation templates for teams
• Build monitoring frameworks for AI workflows
• Facilitate workshops to improve AI knowledge
Requirements:
• Experience in creating applications in production settings
• Hands-on delivery of AI solutions with LLMs
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript with SDKs
