We are looking for a Sr. Power BI Developer / Lead with solid hands-on experience building enterprise BI solutions, developing complex dashboards, and optimizing data models and reports.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of BI/Analytics experience with 5+ years in Power BI
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service
- Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization
- Experience with Star/Snowflake Schema, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing
- Hands-on experience with Power BI performance tuning, RLS, gateways, workspaces, and deployment pipelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to Have
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Azure, Azure Synapse, ADF, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
- Agile/Scrum experience
