Role Description The Power Platform Consultant will work on a contract basis in a remote capacity, helping clients design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools). Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into scalable Power Platform solutions, and integrating these solutions with existing systems and data sources. The consultant will build and configure apps, workflows, and dashboards, perform testing and troubleshooting, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices.





The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, documenting technical and functional specifications, providing user training and support, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and delivery methods.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and related Azure or Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience in business analysis and process optimization, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and solution design.
- Strong skills in data modeling, integration, and reporting, with the ability to connect to various data sources and create meaningful dashboards and analytics.
- Capability in solution architecture, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within low-code/no-code environments.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and digital transformation initiatives is an asset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple projects independently in a contract consulting context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer, Power BI) are preferred.
