Job Summary:

TKL Group Inc. Niagara Falls is seeking two Precast Concrete Finishers that will be responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing precast concrete products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. This role involves working in a manufacturing plant environment where precast concrete elements such as walls, beams, slabs, and custom products are formed, cured, and finished before shipment.

Responsibilities:

· Finish, smooth, and patch precast concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.

· Fill voids, repair surface defects, and apply appropriate surface treatments or textures.

· Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to understand specifications.

· Use grinders, trowels, floats, screeds, and other finishing tools to meet surface quality requirements.

· Apply curing agents, sealants, and surface retarders as specified.

· Perform edge finishing, chamfer repairs, and other touch-ups.

· Inspect completed work for adherence to quality standards and specifications.

· Assist in form setup and stripping as needed.

· Clean and maintain tools and work areas.





· Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

· Communicate effectively with quality control, foremen, and other team members regarding product requirements or concerns.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Prior experience in concrete finishing or construction preferred, especially with precast concrete.

· Knowledge of concrete properties, curing methods, and finishing techniques.

· Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Attention to detail and strong workmanship skills.

· Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced, production-oriented environment.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

· Understanding of basic safety principles and a commitment to following safety guidelines.

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
