We're looking for a dependable prep cook who enjoys working behind the scenes to help set the kitchen up for success. Attention to detail, speed, and consistency are key. Job type: Full time and part time opportunities available.

In this role, you will:

- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables.
- Prepare spreads, sauces, salads, and sandwich components.
- Portion ingredients according to recipes.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Label, date, and rotate inventory (FIFO).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Assist bakers and line cooks as needed.

What we’re looking for:





- Previous kitchen or prep experience is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
