That Chocolate Spot is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Line/Prep Cook to join our dessert team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality crepes, waffles, and milkshakes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed during service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items including crepes, waffles, milkshakes, and other specialty desserts.

- Operate and maintain crepe machines, waffle makers, and commercial milkshake blenders.

- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

- Prep daily ingredients (cut fruits, melt chocolate, stock toppings, prepare batter).

- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

- Maintain food safety standards and follow all sanitation procedures.





- Communicate effectively with the team to keep service running smoothly.

Requirements

- Valid Food Handler / Food Safety Certificate (Required).

- Experience working with crepe machines, waffle makers, and milkshake equipment (Required).

- Previous line cook, prep cook, or dessert shop experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.

- Excellent hygiene and knowledge of basic food safety principles.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.

- Positive attitude, teamwork-focused, and reliable attendance.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
