Develop new commercial business within your territory. Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and executive decision-makers. Present customized solutions, proposals, and bids. Negotiate agreements and pricing. Grow and manage key customer accounts. Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities. Drive revenue growth and customer retention.
