Lead the Resilient Minds program with the Canadian Mental Health Association in Ontario. This key role focuses on program growth, partnership building, and wellness training for first responders.
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for its Resilient Minds initiative. This full time temporary contract is vital in enhancing mental health support for Ontario’s first responders. You will leverage your program management skills, knowledge of mental health promotion, and engage various stakeholders to drive program success and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the program
• Coordinate training logistics with Instructor Trainers




• Manage partnerships with first responder associations
• Oversee program performance and generate reports
• Handle the business development pipeline and lead generation
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in program development in human services
• Knowledge of the first responder community
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent project management and communication skills
