Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CI strategies and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
• Partner with departments to enhance efficiency and safety
• Track and report CI metrics, including cost savings
• Facilitate CI training workshops for staff
• Ensure alignment with ISO 14001 environmental standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in CI, Safety, and Environmental roles
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
