Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the personalized care plan determined by the supervisor
• Assist with meals and personal hygiene for residents
• Observe and notify supervisor of any changes in health




• Facilitate secure resident transferring and mobility
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
• Certificate from Health Care Aide program with hands-on experience
• Experience with seniors in health care settings
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Recommended Basic Life Support and First Aid certification
• Ability to assist in physical transfers of clients
