The position oversees nursing staff, daily operations, and quality standards to ensure safe, effective patient care. The ideal candidate will have active LPN registration with BCCNM, knowledge of nurse-to-patient ratios, BLS/CPR-C certification, and prior leadership experience in nursing supervision or charge roles.
