OpTalent is partnering with a growing transportation and logistics provider to hire a Pricing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight, trucking, transportation, logistics, or 3PL environments who enjoys working with rates, costing, analysis, and cross-functional teams.

You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to develop competitive pricing solutions, maintain customer rates, and support profitable growth across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare customer pricing proposals, quotations, and rate requests
- Analyze transportation costs, margins, lane profitability, and service requirements to establish competitive pricing
- Maintain customer-specific rate agreements, tariffs, and pricing schedules
- Update pricing within internal systems and ensure rate accuracy
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to support new business opportunities and customer renewals
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, billing issues, and rate-related inquiries
- Monitor market trends and transportation costs to support pricing decisions
- Generate reports and provide analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of experience within transportation, freight, logistics, trucking, or 3PL environments
- Experience in pricing, operations, customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret rates, costs, and profitability data
- Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using transportation management systems (TMS); TruckMate experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
