What is in it for you:

- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Lead Print Operator to review production schedules.
- Determine output requirements.
- Perform document setup and manipulation as required.
- Review and approve proofs to ensure quality meets or exceeds customer requirements.
- Insert multiple documents into envelopes.
- Program jobs into insertion equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs in high-frequency service areas to maximize uptime.
- Resolve production issues.
- Maintain production equipment and replenish supplies.
- Monitor supply inventory.
- Provide backup support for processing Loomis deliveries.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Act as a backup delivery driver.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Experience in a print production environment.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Competencies
- Ability to operate large centralized digital equipment.
- Ability to identify production inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Ability to use PC applications in a networked environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Experience with Primelink Printers.
- Experience with FreeFlow.
- Experience with Bell & Howell insertion equipment.
- Experience with NeoPost/Quadient mail machines.
- Experience with Pitney Bowes insertion machines.
