Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for large and enterprise-level I⁢ projects.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Lead requirements workshops, interviews, JAD sessions, process mapping, business modeling, and process re-engineering.
- Develop functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, data flows, business rules, and user journeys.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, options analysis, and recommendations.
- Manage/groom product backlogs and work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, QA, UAT, Architecture, and technical teams.
- Provide Agile leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, presentations, demos, and training.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for business/service improvement.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, SDLC, I⁢ standards,



and project governance.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on medium/large-scale projects.
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Robust knowledge of I⁢, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation/Modernization projects.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, business process re-engineering, business modeling, use cases, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Azure DevOps / Jira.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and performance measures.
- Agile/Scrum certification such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent is preferred.
- Public Sector experience/knowledge is an asset.
