POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an experienced Producer to join our retained lottery client team and help bring the excitement of winning moments to life across Ontario. This role is focused on producing authentic, in-the-moment content that celebrates winners, communities and the positive impact of the lottery, creating content that feels genuine, timely and unmistakably on-brand.
The Producer owns the planning and execution of our client’s unscripted “surprise and delight” content series, acting as the day-to-day production and project management lead. Working closely with client operational and marketing leads, Tag production leadership, integrated agency partners, editor(s) and a nimble production crew, this role is responsible for leading pre-production planning, documentation, timelines, budgets, resources, and logistics – ensuring productions move seamlessly from planning through final delivery.
This role requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions while collaborating across internal teams, clients, PR partners, and production crews.
Every month, you’ll get to spark joy in the lives of others and help tell stories that celebrate generosity, community and positive change.
We're looking for people who meet the qualifications, but more importantly, people who genuinely care about the work they're creating. The best candidates are naturally curious, emotionally intelligent, collaborative and energized by telling authentic human stories.
Beyond role-specific experience, these qualities are fundamental part of this team:
You protect authenticity.
Authenticity is at the heart of everything we create. Whether you're behind the camera, managing production, coordinating logistics, or supporting the partnership, your decisions should help preserve genuine human moments.
You lead with empathy and emotional intelligence.
We'll be welcomed into people's homes and communities during some of the most memorable moments of their lives. Every interaction should be approached with warmth, humility and professionalism. High emotional intelligence isn't simply an asset - it's essential to earning trust.
You believe in the mission.
You're motivated by work that creates genuine impact. Whether you're capturing the excitement of a winning moment or documenting the difference charitable funding makes in communities, you understand that every story represents something meaningful.
You thrive in collaboration.
Success will come from working as one integrated team. You'll collaborate closely with client leads and agency partners across strategy, creative, media, PR, and production, always prioritizing shared goals over individual ownership.
You embrace the unexpected.
No two months will ever look the same. Winner locations, travel schedules, filming environments and the stories themselves are never predictable. You're energized by variety, comfortable adapting in the moment, and excited by the opportunity to experience communities across Ontario firsthand.
You enjoy work that takes you beyond the desk.
This role blends planning, collaboration, creative production, and regular time in communities across Ontario. Some periods are focused on shaping upcoming work, while others involve travelling to capture meaningful moments firsthand. The pace and location of the work naturally evolve throughout the month, making flexibility, organization, and adaptability essential.
