Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a protected work environment as per Site Safety Management Plan
• Coach field staff on safety expectations and compliance
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions




• Facilitate weekly safety meetings and prepare safety reports
• Review daily tailboards to address hazards proactively
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in a related field
• 5 years of construction site safety experience
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or CRST Certification
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract
