Lead the strategy and execution of our AI-powered products, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.

Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based products
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver features
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
- Define KPIs and measure product performance against business objectives

Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience
- Previous experience with AI/ML products
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Technical background preferred

Nice to have

- Experience in enterprise B2B software
- Background in launching and scaling successful products
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Domain knowledge in one of our key industries (finance, healthcare, retail)
