Product Supply & Distribution Driver

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Product Supply & Distribution Driver to help keep our retail locations stocked with the right product and supplies, in the right quantities, at the right time. This is a hands-on role that combines driving, inventory organization, and highly physical work.

You’ll pick up product and supplies from a single supplier location using a company-provided van, transport everything to our main location for receiving and quality checks, then sort and distribute the stock between three locations based on each location’s ordering list. You’ll be an important checkpoint in making sure our teams receive what they need to succeed.

ABOUT YOU

You’re incredibly organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and don’t mind a physically demanding day and solving problems on the fly.

You’re also a confident driver who is comfortable operating a large van and navigating between multiple locations. You take pride in getting the details right and understand that a successful delivery means more than simply getting from Point A to Point B.

THE JOB

- Pick up (physically AND in a van) supplies from a single supplier location using a company-provided vehicle.
- Safely load, transport, unload, and organize supplies throughout the distribution process.
- Organize product at the main location and check quantities against the applicable ordering information. This involves quick math and problem solving!
- Flag shortages, damaged product, quality concerns, or discrepancies so they can be addressed with the appropriate team.




- Sort supplies between three locations based on each location’s ordering list.
- Accurately load each location’s stock and deliver the correct products and quantities to the remaining two locations.
- Keep products organized and handled appropriately throughout loading, transportation, receiving, and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized vehicle and work area.
- Communicate clearly with the teams at each location regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
- Miscellaneous duties as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, including large boxes, buckets, and bags.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a love for having everything in its place and quick mental math.
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and time-management skills.
- Comfortable driving a large van and navigating independently between multiple locations.
- Valid regular driver’s licence and a safe, responsible driving record.
- Able to spend significant portions of the day on your feet, lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the details of the job.
- Positive, practical,



and solutions-oriented approach to unexpected issues or changes.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to flag problems proactively rather than letting them move downstream.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The right person makes the distribution process feel seamless. Supplies are picked up on time, received carefully, quantities are verified, quality issues are caught early, and each location receives exactly what it needs. You’ll help prevent shortages, damaged product, and distribution errors before they become problems for our retail teams or customers. LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, in-person role involving regular travel between the company’s retail locations. The position is scheduled three days per week, with additional availability expected during peak retail holidays.

VEHICLE & LICENCE

- A company-provided van will be used for all required supply pickups and deliveries.
- A valid regular driver’s license is required.
