Flewwelling Press is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. We produce a wide variety of custom products for businesses and organizations, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new equipment and seeing a job through to a finished product.

This role works across our in-house production areas, including printing, engraving, embroidery, finishing and installation. Previous production experience would be an asset, but it isn’t required. We will provide training.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production equipment and complete orders according to job specifications.
- Work across printing, engraving, embroidery and finishing as training progresses.
- Check materials, quantities and finished products for accuracy and quality.




- Use production workflow software to track jobs and keep work moving on schedule.
- Complete finishing, assembly and packaging as required.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized and ready for use.
- Assist with installations.
