Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Puroclean team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate daily production activities, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet production schedules and quality standards. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate production schedules by collaborating with demand planning teams and utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to align manufacturing output with customer requirements.
- Monitor and manage material availability through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of components.
- Oversee the execution of lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity.
- Track production progress daily, identify bottlenecks or delays, and communicate proactively with supply chain teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, quality metrics, and inventory levels within ERP platforms.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance and recommending efficiencies in manufacturing workflows.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including quality assurance, logistics, and engineering—to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing or production coordination within a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP modules is essential.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles, demand planning, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication skills for liaising across departments and conveying complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
