Starting Rate of pay:

$21.39/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

New employees will be assigned shifts based on the production shifts outlined below:

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift Premium:

$0.65/hour extra for the night shift

$0.50/hour extra for the afternoon shift

What you will be doing

Pack aluminum profile and prepare them for shipment

Operate industrial extrusion or packaging machines (training provided).

Check order details to ensure the correct number of pieces with the required dimensions are delivered

Always comply with health, safety and environmental regulations

Inspect materials to ensure quality control

Perform other related duties as assigned

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or function

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Flexibility to work on any of the 3 production shifts outlined above

Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, square, saw, etc.)

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Ability to work in a hot workplace (30–35°C in summer)
