This hands-on position involves supporting the Production Manager by ensuring workflow efficiency and leading team accountability. You will need expertise in directing custom production tasks and fostering a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workflow coordination and oversee production operations
- Identify and address production challenges promptly

- Monitor output and quality for continuous improvement gains
- Engage with various departments to facilitate operational success Requirements:
- 7+ years in wood manufacturing, 3-5 in a leadership role
- Custom manufacturing experience preferred
