- Support manufacturing operations by scheduling work orders and coordinating production activities.

- Contribute to managing parts availability, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining smooth operations.

- Work closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to meet priorities and deadlines.

- Analyze missing parts and coordinate solutions with engineering and materials teams.

- Prioritize work orders based on customer deadlines, inventory needs, and production capacity.

- Manage rush orders and ensure daily coordination with production teams.

- Participate in overall planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Print labels in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements

- Bilingual required (French and English, written and spoken)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an asset

- Experience in the lighting industry or manufacturing is considered an asset

- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
