PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure target outputs are achieved based on designated standards.
- Maintain production 5S, safety, and disciplinary management.
- Perform quality assurance control and verification of daily production output.
- Manage work order closing and work report management.
- Cultivate multi-skilled workers and leaders.
- Perform physical inventory monthly and yearly.
- Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance and productivity.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Work with the Operations Manager to execute performance reviews.
- Manage and lead production subordinates in meeting team KPIs.

Requirements
- Education Level: Diploma and above.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years and above of experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong commitment, positive communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Possess leadership and management skills.
- Able to work independently and with other people at all levels.
- Able to manage and motivate workers, especially foreign workers.
