Production Supervisor

Supply Base is a growing manufacturing company committed to producing quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented workplace. We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team and help ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is hands-on and requires someone who can lead by example, keep production moving, support employees, and ensure quality and productivity goals are met. The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

· Supervise and provide direction to production employees.

· Coordinate daily production activities and assign work to team members.

· Monitor production progress and ensure daily goals and deadlines are met.

· Train, coach, and support production employees.

· Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company expectations.

· Ensure products are assembled and produced according to company standards and work instructions.

· Monitor quality and address production or quality issues as they arise.

· Operate forklifts and other production equipment as required.

· Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and procedures.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area.

· Communicate production issues, staffing needs, and other concerns to management.

· Work hands-on with the production team when required.





What We're Looking For

· Previous supervisory or team lead experience is required.

· Valid forklift licence/certification is required.

· Manufacturing or production experience is required.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to effectively direct, coach, and hold employees accountable.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

· Reliable with excellent attendance.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

Licence/Certification:
