Fueling Brains Academy is searching for a dedicated Lead Teacher for the Jumping Junipers classroom. This vital role focuses on providing a structured, Montessori-inspired environment for children ages 3 to 5.
You will oversee the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and foster essential skills for Kindergarten readiness. This position requires a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification along with robust experience in early learning settings. You will also mentor Group Educators while strengthening family relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized and engaging classroom workplace
• Facilitate structured learning and circle times
• Foster children’s independence and self-regulation




• Document children’s learning and progress effectively
• Collaborate with peers to enhance educational experiences
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification in Alberta
• At least 2 years of experience in licensed childcare
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Effective classroom leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Montessori methodologies is beneficial
