You can read more about us at: www.nrttech.com Reporting to the Production & Purchasing Manager, the Production Support Technician’s primary mandate is to ensure comprehensive quality assurance, manage production processes, maintain detailed records, oversee equipment assembly, troubleshoot technical issues, manage inventory, and maintain a compliant work environment across all production and assembly operations.

Problem Solving Accountability/Ownership Conflict Management Job Duties Performing Quality Assurance (QA) inspection and testing of finished and in-process fabricated/mechanical parts, equipment, and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications. Notify relevant parties of any issues.
Processing machine and parts orders,
managing production lots for machine/subassembly builds, and conducting QA testing before shipment.
Managing and maintaining comprehensive customer machine and parts records, including Serial# Database/Sheets and Sales orders.
Assisting in machine assembly, performing hardware/software installation, configuration, and testing, including deploying computer images to production equipment.
Resolving and escalating hardware/software malfunctions, following up with suppliers to address component failures through RMA or supplier support.
Managing Opal inventory and ensuring adherence to Final QA inspection checklists, forwarding all related hard copy documents to the Production Manager.
Analyzing and troubleshooting problems with products, customizing products as per customer requirements, staging ATM machines, and liaising with IT for image requirements.
Performing EPROM burning and replacement, assembling cables/products/sub-assemblies, calibrating mechanical/electronic assemblies, and overseeing non-conforming material control.
Operating hand tools, power tools, and production equipment, contributing to daily work area cleanup, and maintaining a neat, compliant work area.
Completing additional duties or projects as assigned by management, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements 1-2 years experience in electrical assembly, working in a fast paced environment.
High school (+) diploma. Customer service oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a professional manner.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to complete repetitive tasks such as lifting, walking, standing.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Superior punctuality and dependability.
Can work independently, as well as part of a team.
