We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and comfortable. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Light organizing in clients bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen to help with tidying up
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and special instructions
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting light loads, and bending
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable for travel between client locations
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and company policies
