What We Offer

- Competitive Wage: $20.00/hr (with a clear performance-based path to earn up to $25.00/hour over time)

- Valid driver's license
- Access to personal vehicle

Schedule We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role As a Professional Residential Cleaner at Suds, you'll do more than clean homes - you'll make our customers' lives a little easier.

Many of our customers are busy families who don't have the time to keep up with their homes, as well as seniors who take pride in their homes but may no longer be able to manage the physical demands of cleaning. By taking cleaning off their plate, we give our customers more time to focus on the things that matter most to them.

You'll work primarily independently throughout HRM and surrounding areas, in everything from smaller condos and apartments to larger three-storey homes.

Most of our work is recurring maintenance cleaning for regular customers, with occasional deep cleans and move-out cleans to add variety.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Providing high-quality residential cleaning that customers can count on
- Working independently while managing your time and schedule
- Travelling between client homes throughout HRM and surrounding areas
- Communicating with management and keeping the team informed
- Building positive relationships with customers and taking pride in the homes you care for
