As a critical member of Indwell’s Wentworth Program Team, you will be responsible for maintaining living standards at a residential care facility while addressing resident needs overnight. This position includes cleaning tasks, as well as monitoring security and responding to concerns effectively. A compassionate approach is essential in creating a positive environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled cleaning tasks in shared spaces
• Monitor the facility overnight for safety




• Address resident complaints with care and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with health standards and regulations
• Complete documentation of resident health records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• TB test certification for a Residential Care Facility
• Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid & CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in tenant buildings is an asset
