Reno Stars Construction Inc. is a renovation contractor serving Metro Vancouver, based in Richmond, BC. We are hiring one full-time Project Coordinator.
Paid training is provided — previous renovation experience is not required.
What you'll do
- Coordinate between clients, trades and the office through the life of a renovation project
- Keep schedules, site information and client communication up to date
- Join site visits, take measurements and record site conditions
- Help prepare quotes and walk clients through scope and payment milestones
- Follow up on supplier and material orders so nothing holds up the site
What we're looking for
- Fast learner who takes initiative
- Robust sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin (Cantonese and additional languages an asset)
- Valid work permit
- Own vehicle
