Lead a variety of projects to develop innovative accessories for the motorsports industry, combining different technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes Transform an idea or a customer need into a marketable product by managing the entire development cycle-from design to mass production-while meeting deadlines and staying within budget Coordinate the activities of our external partners, such as industrial design firms, mold makers, and suppliers Conduct project profitability analyses and monitor costs associated with the design, prototyping, testing, and production phases Work closely with design engineers and prototypists to develop high-performance solutions tailored to market needs Define validation strategies, develop test plans,
