- Ensure all Project Foreman are completing FLRA, Quality Control, Tool Box and other Mandatory Forms as part of the Quality Control & OH&S; Programs

- Responsible for attending with weekly sub trade meetings

- Responsible for assisting Project Forman with Colour Specifications, Ordering, Deficiency and any and all project foreman related matters that directly impact the overall success and outcome of the contracted projects
- In specific matters related to product performance and or suitability collaborate with Primary Construction Coordinator and/or Supplier Representatives

- Field all Site and Project Related queries in reference to scheduling or any other issues and coordinate all project related matters with PC or others as applicable

- Coordination of the primary scope of Subcontractors and quality assurance





- Responsible to familiarize with project documents including dwg, specifications, scope and any and all contractual obligations to ensure successful execution of paint requirements

- Responsible for weekly site visits, pre-inspection and post-inspection of substrates and workmanship

- Responsible for facilitating any and all product mock-ups

- Responsible for contact management including responsive to emails & voice-mail in a reasonable time-frame, but no more than 24-hours

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
