We offer 14% in lieu ofbenefits (with or without HOOPP) As a leadership role youwill have flexibility with your schedule, including the option for some remotework to support focused projects and tasks As thesuccessful applicant, you will do the following: ResourceManagement: Plan, coordinate, and leadthe project management function of the hospital with the goal of delivering on,and supporting strategic projects and initiatives Lead resource allocationand capacity planning for projects, ensuring efficient use of hospital staffand equipment Collaborate with departmentmanagers to secure necessary resources for successful project execution O versee the training andprofessional development of project management team members ProjectLeadership: Lead, plan, and executehigh-impact projects that enhance hospital operations, clinical outcomes,patient experience, and safety Develop detailed projectplans, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion Assign and monitor projecttasks, ensuring deliverables are met an quality standard are maintained Coordinate withstakeholders across the hospital to ensure project alignment withorganizational goals StakeholderManagement: Serve as the primary pointof contact for project related matters, facilitating communication between keystakeholders such as Senior Leadership,



department managers, clinicians, andexternal vendors Share ideas, buildconsensus and write with impact. Chair meetings and prepare quality projectplanning and status materials. Develop trusted workingrelationships with stakeholders.

Provide regular updates onproject progress, risks, and issues, ensuring Senior Leadership is informed andengaged Foster collaborationbetween departments to enhance cross functional-teamwork and project success. Risk andIssue Management Proactively identifypotential risks and issues that may impact project success and developmitigation strategies. Ensure that project risksare regularly assessed and addressed, with appropriate contingency plans inplace.

Lead the resolution ofproject related challenges and elevate issues to Senior Leadership as needed. Promote andimplement best practices in project management within the Hospital. Lead continuousimprovement of project management processes and tools.

Ensureconsistency in project management methodology and project reporting across allprojects and initiatives.

Quality Controland Evaluation: Monitor projectperformance, ensuring compliance with Hospital standards, regulatoryrequirements, and best practices. Oversee projectevaluation and quality assurance processes, ensuring the final deliverablesmeet or exceed expectations. Lead inpost-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement,and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.

Budget &Financial; Management Develop andmanage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence tofinancial constraints. Monitor andreport on project expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Work closelywith the finance department to track project costs and ensure financialcontrols are in place.

WhatYou’ll Bring Required ~ Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) Designation ~ Undergraduate Degreespecific to Business, Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, Engineering,Construction or Project Management ~5 years demonstratedexperience successfully managing large and complex projects (design and/orconstruction)



~3 years project managementexperience in a healthcare workplace ~ Working knowledge of riskmanagement and mitigation in healthcare construction projects, constructiondocumentation and ability to coordinate plans between various trades anddisciplines, and practical application of Broad Public Sector procurement methodsfor design and construction services ranging in size. ~ Demonstrated ability toplan and manager budgets for large capital projects, coordinate plans betweenvarious trades and disciplines, manage change, facilitate transitions, anddrive adoption of new technology and care deliver models. ~ Ability to plan, delegateand assign work to resources ~ Proactively identify andresolve conflicts within tams and associated workstreams; mitigate risk withcontingency plans. ~ In depth knowledge ofproject management methodologies, tools and techniques ~ Understanding of budgetsand fiscal responsibility. ~ Experience in workflowprocess mapping, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, team building, andnegotiation skills. ~ Excellent organizationaland time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously ~ Creative thinker withindependent decision-making abilities ~ Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with variousstakeholders at all levels. ~ Proven critical thinking,problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
