We run our company using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear processes, accountability, and strong communication across our team. Our focus is delivering high-quality projects while building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help manage a growing pipeline of commercial interior construction projects.

Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from tender through to close-out. This role focuses primarily on off-site project management, including estimating, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Our Site Managers handle day-to-day site operations, while the Project Manager oversees project planning, financial performance, and overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Review drawings and specifications and prepare scopes of work
- Manage the tendering process and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and procurement
- Work closely with Site Managers during construction
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain communication with clients and consultants
- Monitor project financial performance and margins
- Participate in internal project meetings and weekly L10 meetings

Requirements

- 3+ years experience managing commercial construction projects




- Experience with tenant improvement or interior renovation projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and project schedules
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation
- Valid driver’s license

General contractor experience is a strong asset.

Compensation

- Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based commission (project profit)
- Typical additional earnings: $20,000 – $40,000+ per year

Total compensation typically ranges from $90,000 – $130,000+ depending on performance.
