ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the company's operational projects.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between the various departments to ensure efficient, structured implementation aligned with the company's growth objectives.

In a context of strong growth, the Project Manager also contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and working methods.

The Project Manager is responsible for:

- operational coordination
- monitoring interdepartmental collaboration
- implementation priority management
- internal communication
- meeting deadlines
- project stabilization until full operational implementation
- Plan and coordinate the various project phases
- Monitor deadlines and priorities
- Organize follow-up meetings
- Identify risks, issues,



and obstacles
- Escalate situations that could impact deadlines or quality quickly
- Ensure a smooth transition between the departments involved
