Drive research excellence at the University of Waterloo as a Project Manager focused on innovative research projects. Lead initiatives supporting the Behavioural Laboratory and its activities. In this full-time position, you'll collaborate with the School of Accounting and Finance to enhance research efforts.

Your role includes developing research protocols, managing participant data, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders in both research and the accounting profession. You're pivotal for knowledge dissemination and project coordination. Key Responsibilities:

- Support and manage research studies using the Behavioural Laboratory
- Develop data collection tools and oversee implementation
- Create comprehensive reports and ethics applications




- Liaise with external stakeholders on research findings
- Manage financial transactions and budgets for lab activities Requirements:
- 5 years of academic project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of research governance and ethics
- Proven communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities
- Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Leverage your expertise to support high-impact research at the University of Waterloo.
