Sue Dulmage & Associates Inc. is a procurement firm specializing in FF&E; and OS&E; procurement for the hospitality industry, working with hotels ranging from limited service to luxury. We are growing and looking for a Project Manager to join our procurement team.

Job details

- Location: Toronto, ON (in-office/hybrid)

- Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement for multiple hotel renovation and new-build projects across Canada and the US
- Build and track detailed budgets, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Interpret floor plans and prepare FF&E;/OS&E; counts and matrices
- Guide and support Project Coordinators day-to-day
- Liaise directly with clients, designers, and vendors to keep projects on time and on budget

Qualifications

- 5+ years of direct hospitality purchasing experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups,



financial tracking)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent hotel projects
- Strong knowledge of cross-border purchasing, including freight, customs, duties, and currency
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-facing communication skills

Additional information This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving travel across Canada and the US, including occasional site visits and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
