Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost projections and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules by leveraging tools like Primavera P6 and Civil 3D for effective timeline tracking and adjustments.
- Conduct regular site inspections using Bluebeam for documentation and communication of progress or issues.




- Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical documentation.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and update project timelines proactively.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management or civil engineering roles with a strong understanding of heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Solid background in construction estimating processes and cost control techniques.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices on job sites.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

This position is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in the construction industry through innovative project management practices! Salary is negotiable based on direct experience. Pay: $60,122.80-$80,000.00 per year
