Reporting directly to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, your role involves monitoring processes, training team members, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of production methods. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting machinery and executing immediate corrective actions to address quality concerns, making your contribution essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety protocols • Facilitate employee training and performance assessments • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and evaluations • Manage machinery controls and inspect production processes • Perform troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed

Requirements: • Completed technical diploma in a related field • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume production • Capacity to lift 25 lbs and tolerate loud environments • Experience with automated manufacturing processes • Commitment to working the night shift
