Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff to execute landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and general property maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure lush and healthy outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality.
- Oversee construction projects related to property improvements or repairs, ensuring safety standards and quality workmanship are met.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on horticulture best practices, safety procedures, and equipment use.




- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or hazards and implement timely solutions.

Skills

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening or horticulture.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of construction practices related to property improvement projects.
- Skills in tree care including pruning, trimming, planting, and health assessment.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Robust leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
