POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Property Manager for the South Shore of Montreal. Reporting to the Regional Multi-Residential Director, the Property Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of a multi-residential complex.
The Property
Manager must provide a human touch to both tenants and the employees under their supervision.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams - Ensure optimal management of your building - Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality - Manage rent collection and deposits according to established standards - Manage the different teams that offer services to the building - Provide a high level of customer service EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an significant asset - Good communication - Good team player - A working knowledge of real estate management - A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset) - Experience in personnel management - French and English essential BENEFITS:
